A Founder's Leap — The Story Behind Leapora
One stormy monsoon evening in 2025, sitting in my small Hyderabad apartment and staring at scattered notes, I closed my notebook and said to myself, There has to be a better way. That moment sparked Leapora, but the journey had started years earlier.
I had walked away from a stable job that simply didn’t match how I wanted to work. I valued curiosity, clarity, and pushing boundaries. That environment valued predictability. Leaving wasn’t easy, but it taught me something important. I was willing to bet on my instincts even when the path wasn’t obvious.
That choice led to Xtraleap in 2022, my first attempt to help teams make sense of their insights. It linked marketing, sales, and product, and eight pilot teams used it in real workflows. A clear pattern emerged. Over 60 percent of their friction came not from missing data, but from missing shared interpretation. Teams had information. They didn’t have alignment.
That insight changed everything.
I went back to paper and started mapping what alignment really looks like. Sketches turned into systems. Funnels, loops, decision paths. Dozens of iterations. I cut away anything that added noise. I wasn’t chasing features. I was chasing the signal that helps teams move from insight to execution.
