If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The services may integrate with tools or platforms provided by others. Those third party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Leapora AI Inc. is not responsible for their actions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leapora AI Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law
